No Returns or Refunds on Medical & Personal Care Products.
Due to the nature of our products, including hormone creams, testing kits, supplements, and other health-related or personal care items, all sales are final.
For the safety of our customers and to maintain product integrity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any opened, used, or delivered products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery here.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hormone Bliss is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing and shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
